Well Day five and I feel good...I have not weighed myself yet, but I feel better, I do not feel very blotted anymore which makes me feel better in my clothes. I sleep better as well, I do need to cut back on my diet sodas but that will come I am sure in time. I tried a new thing in my coffee this morning and I put half the amount of Truvia in my coffee and a teaspoon of honey which made it very sweet.
I am also working on cutting back the amount of carbs that I am taking in...Since the more carbs that are in what you are eating the more points that you use on your Weight Watchers plus points.
